Suitable for designing individual residential houses, guest houses, garden houses, or the reconstruction of buildings up to 300m².

- Detailed architectural design
- Structural solutions (Structural project, Structural steel project, Structural steel shop drawings, depending on the building’s structural design)
- Additional services: Geodetic survey of the project site, geological study of the site
- Interior design project (optional)
- Engineering network design (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning project (HVAC), Water Supply and Sewerage project (WSS), Electrical Solutions project (ES) as needed)
- Permit documentation: Application for a building passport or notification of construction commencement. For reconstruction or major repairs, a technical passport of the existing building is required.
Suitable for designing multi-apartment residential buildings up to three floors + an attic floor.
